Summary
This care facility addition and renovation was constructed of cast concrete with infill glazing to take advantage of natural light and the garden view. The renovated portion includes a new commercial servery/dishwashing kitchen, reception, office, and upgraded dining area. The addition expands the dining area and includes a lounge. A new entry trellis, covered patio, and landscaping complete with a walking path round out the improvements. This project was completed while residents continued to occupy the building.
