A “carriage” house located on a corner lot, this secondary dwelling takes full advantage of a small backyard to create a livable and efficient one-bedroom residence. The home features a bright, fresh interior, with wood-framed windows that extend to the floor, visually extending the interior space to the exterior. The exterior cladding is a simple combination of painted fibre cement panels and stained clear cedar.
