Currently, a 20-unit assisted living project for the Bowser area; this project aims to be a welcoming and energy-efficient home for residents looking to downsize and gain companionship from other seniors in the area. This project is designed to meet Step Code Level 3, using techniques for energy efficiency from the Passive House program.
